Our resort operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our dedicated front desk and concierge teams are always available to assist with arrivals, inquiries, and guest services at any hour during your stay.

Regretfully, no salon services are available in the resort or Gulmarg.

Regretfully, the hotel does not have any facilities for maids/drivers. We recommend booking separate rooms for them or accommodating them in a nearby hotel. However, all our cottages have separate maid rooms attached.

The hotel has a policy that allows staying guests to park their self-driven cars inside the premises. No rented cars are allowed in the hotel parking.

Regretfully, pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

The hotel is centrally heated across all areas inside. However, air conditioning is not available.

The summer temperature varies from 15 to 26 degrees on a good sunny day.

The winter temperature during the daytime is close to 03 degrees, and at night, it is below freezing (minus).

The hotel has an in-house medical assistant with basic first aid medical facilities, and there is also a Government Medical Dispensary available in Gulmarg. We recommend carrying your prescribed medicines along.

The Gulmarg station is open throughout the year, and so is the Resort. However, there may be possible delays in case of heavy snowstorms.

Regretfully, the hotel does not have the facility to rent any kind of shoes and apparels. We recommend purchasing your own. However, Ski Gears can be rented from many of the vendors available in Gulmarg.

Srinagar Airport is the nearest one, and the resort is approximately 65 Kms away from the mentioned airport.

We are a Non-Alcoholic serving resort; however, guests can carry their own to enjoy from the comforts of their room.

Regretfully, food is only prepared in the kitchen of the resort, and only staff members are allowed in the area.
