Niku, derived from the Japanese word for meat, invites you on a culinary journey through the fresh flavors of Southeast Asia offering flambeed meats and flavourful vegetarian grills.
At Niku, we take pride in the in-house marinades and cooking them over smouldering coal embers. From the chicken leek yakitori skewers to the grilled hoisin glazed salmon, and the burnt garlic broccoli & water chestnut, our menu is thoughtfully curated to ensure there's something for everyone to celebrate the art of barbeque.
