Rates are subject to change in case of change in validity periods, rate seasons, contracted periods, applicable laws or government policies.

PAN to be produced in case of cash payments amounting INR 20,000 and above.

In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request all our guests to carry a photo -identity to present at check-in. foreign nationals is required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar card or PAN Card.

Reservation

A credit card(American Express, Visa Card or Master Card) must guarantee all confirmed reservations. An authorization form along with the front and reverse side of the credit card is required for all credit card guarantees. We reserve the right to release non-guaranteed reservations.

Reservations & Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation prior 40 days of the arrival date will incur no retention and guest is eligible for full refund.
  • Refund for the advance payment for free cancellation will take 15-20 working days to get the amount credited in guest bank account.
  • Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation within 45 days will incurr100% retention charges as per our policy.
  • In case of early departure, retention equivalent to balance room nights will be levied.
  • In case of no show, 100% retention equivalent to total room nights booked will be charged.
  • No Name amendment after confirming the booking.

*Note: 25% of the card will be charged at the time of booking and balance 75% will be charged 40 days prior to arrival days.

Please note while depositing the advance, it may kindly be ensured that transactions are routed through bank only I.e. either to deposit Cheque or Demand Draft or transfer through Net Banking from your bank account.

We would not consider any cash deposit into our account as an advance towards your below booking, it is therefore earnestly requested to please desist from depositing the cash in our account to avoid complications at later date for either side.

Hotel Policy:

No Smoking:

The Government of India has introduced a 'No-Smoking' legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in the balconies of Luxury Balcony rooms and designated areas.

Liquor:

Please note that liquor is not sold in the premises of the hotel.

Security Check:

Srinagar Airport requires that all people including minors of 10 years and above need to have proof of ID such as school ID card and Passports. Kindly carry them to avoid any inconvenience at the airport security checks. International Roaming and Prepaid Cellular Connections do not work in J & K.

Early Arrivals:

Check-in time of the hotel is 1400 hours. For arrivals prior to the hotel check-in time, we recommend that the room be reserved from the previous night.

Arrival / Departure:

  • Check-In time is 14:00 Hours and Check-Out time is 12:00 Hours.
  • Check-Out after 12:00 hours are subject to the following charges: 25% of the room rate between 1200 hours and 16:00 hours.
  • 50% of the room rate between 16:00-18:00 hr’s and 100% of the room rate after 18:00 hours (Subject to availability on the date of departure) - All arrivals prior to 8 AM are billed from the previous night.

The hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of stay, in the event of an early departure. Terms & conditions are subject to change.

Khyber Kids Policy:

  • Kids upto 08 Years of age can avail complimentary inclusive of Taxes and Breakfast.
  • Kids age between 08-15 Years @ INR 4500/- per night inclusive of Taxes and Breakfast.
  • Kids age above 15 Years @ INR 10,000/- per night inclusive of Taxes and Breakfast.

Please Note : no separate rollaway beds are provided in the rooms, however our Regular sofa in each room are deep/long enough to be converted into bed.
